You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThis exciting new role will see you manage client communications in a timely manner to help drive and improve customer satisfaction. In addition you will support the execution of any sales campaigns and assist the senior management team with any service related activities. This role will see you work closely with internal teams to ensure client issues are resolved and you will actively be engaging with clients to identify issues, new opportunities and any improvements that can be made.
Other duties include coordination of meetings and training events, preparing any supporting documentation for the sales team and being responsible for sales and service activities, as well as additional ad-hoc administrative tasks.
You will be an advocate for the happiness of existing international clients and you will report to the Chief Technology Officer. Candidates must be flexible to adopt a combination of remote work and office based rotation.
