Map and review of current Workday data architecture to ensure it meets data requirements which support business rules/processes, standard operating procedures and analytical needs
Review and align data dependencies in Workday
Lead final phase data migration from an existing HRIS into Workday: map data fields from existing systems to new system
Lead the validation and clean-up of existing and future data loaded into Workday
Manage review of Workday current staffing models and manage transition from Job Management to Position Management model
Converting people data into the requirements of Workday loading tools
Identify data quality issues and develop initiatives to fix them
Expose data resources in a way that facilitates robust data analytics
Establish initiatives processes for management and maintenance data in the future
Coordinate closely with business stakeholders to enable self - service and ensure consistency of data definitions and key business metrics
Assure compliance standard policies and data security procedures
Partner with our Governance, Risk and Compliance team to implement compliance processes for GDPR, etc.
Assist with People Data audits
