- What Do Mechanic Foremen Do?Supervise and coordinate mechanics, schedules, and project priorities. Enforce safety regulations. Inspect, examine, and test buildings, equipment, parts, or vehicles to determine condition and necessary work.
A few of the main duties of a foreman arecoordinating tasks for the day, creating schedules for workers, oversee quality of the site, and managing the budget. They also have to report the progress of the project to superiors.
