Job Description
The Senior Manager – IT Applications is responsible for the coordinated management, acquisition, design and implementation of software applications' build, release, deployment, and configuration activities in alignment with the department quality assurance process. Other responsibilities include working with internal business partners to gather requirements, prototyping, and architecting, implementing/updating solutions, building and executing test plans, performing quality reviews, and triaging and fixing operational and production issues, with an emphasis on usability and end-user satisfaction.
