• Tracking and handling Customer Success
• Improving Quality metric targets & action plan(s) to close gaps
• Advancing Continuous Improvement Culture – Reactive through RCA/NCAs and Proactive through Lean Workouts, Productivity and Six Sigma Projects.
• Handling quality assurance of products, services, manufacturing processes. Includes conformance in manufacturing, incoming goods control, product inspection, witness points, etc.
• Supporting manufacturing, testing, Logistics quality processes on the production floor
• Coordinating with Shop Quality Leads to sustain Quality Management System Certifications
• Representing to top leadership the Voice of Quality (Customers, Employees and Products Field Reliability)
• Sharing lessons learned across the Network, NCARCA outcomes and conduct process optimization.
• Taking a Lean Six Sigma approach, shaping strategic projects to improve process capabilities, quality, fulfillment, safety and productivity.
• Ensuring compliance by auditing and educating assembly team on procedures
• Managing regional KPIs such as: NPS, CoPQ, Stop the Lines and Customer Issue Resolution Cases
• Developing Installed base systems for Software, Services and Products
• Spreading Quality message through training, support, awareness, and responsiveness to quality issues.
