Role

We are looking for several senior lawyers to join our existing team of Corporate lawyers. We are looking for several lawyers based in the UAE, KSA and Qatar.

Each role will involve:

providing regional Corporate & Commercial legal advice on M&A, Restructuring, Joint Ventures, Private Equity and general corporate and commercial advisory

working in a multi-disciplinary environment with other PwC professionals

leading the execution of M&A and Restructuring projects

training and coaching junior members of the team

supporting with business development initiatives

Requirements

We are interested in individuals who have the following experience and attributes:

at least 6 years’ post-qualified experience gained at a reputable law firm

significant experience of successfully executing and project managing Corporate projects in the Middle East, particularly M&A and Restructuring projects

supervising and coaching more junior lawyers

managing a portfolio of clients and operating with a mindset of a business owner

leading business development initiatives

strong communication and analytical skills
