Our Drilling Services AMO Team is assembling and testing the latest products of drilling equipment. We collaborate with our service delivery teams in science, mechanical and electrical engineering, physics, geoscience, to develop innovative drilling tools.

As a Lead ARMO Specialist, you will lead a team providing maintenance services to our customers field locations. Partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects and develop innovations. You’ll mentor your team in their own career development and growth to ensure high-performance and collaboration.
As a Lead ARMO Specialist, you will be responsible for:
• Developing a yearly operational plan to define departmental initiatives and to support activities and projects
• Communicating with cross-functional teams to provide feedback and updates on projects and outcomes of research programs
• Identifying and implementing potential improvements in design, processes and procedures
• Overseeing a portfolio of regionally diverse clients to ensure ongoing and new customer requirements are met
• Leading and coordinating multiple project initiatives of moderate scope and impact to successful delivery
• Understanding new product rollout and insure it is done efficiently with proper qualification and tooling implementation.
• Leading the Health, Safety, & Environment aspect of the team they will be leading and promote the intercedence culture accordingly.

To be successful in this role you will:
• Have a high school diploma/GED or equivalent with good expertise in Services
• Demonstrate good knowledge of Assembly, Repair and Maintenance techniques
• Fully aware of the 6S principles and driving its implementation in the team.
• Focus on improving Delivery of tools in general & improving DIR in specific.
• Have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to influence others
• Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously in a global environment
• Be an experienced problem solver, with a methodical approach to solving complex customer issues
• Be excited by the opportunity of a leadership role where you are mentoring and developing teams
• Be a team player and display good communication skills, with fluency in English
• Be successful at building relationships and collaborating to resolve problems
