Civil Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

– Plan, implement and manage construction tasks in accordance with priorities and goals

– Ensure the company premises (office, warehouse and company accommodation) are well maintained

– Produce worker and project schedules

– Adhere to relevant safety regulations

– Keep budget in check and monitor expenses

– Get quotations from multiple suppliers and pick the reasonable offer

– Manage the workers reporting to you which will include the painters, electricians, carpenters, plumbers, watchmen, masons, helpers etc.

– Maintain their overtime and submit it timely to the HR Department

– Allocate and delegate responsibilities to the workers

– Supervise, train and give feedback to workers

– Be proactive to identify the problems and fix it

Job Requirements:

– Minimum3-5 years of experience as a Civil Engineer;2 years in the UAE

– Must have previousexperience working under UAE local / GCC local management

– Excellent communication skills in English required; Arabic is a plus

– UAE Driving license is preferred
