1. Person should have a good communication skill and be aware of people management skills to handle the pickers.
2. Excel knowledge for preparing report on daily basis for store(s) visit
3. Monitoring pickers operations for orders processing and their performance along with their attendance.
4. Flexible to help pickers in order processing if required and adaptable
