Director of Security Operations

Your Responsibilities

• The Director, Customer Security Operations is a senior leadership role accountable for the design, and implementation of the client’s information security operations program, including establishing and providing operational oversight of the client’s Security Operations Center (SOC), an organizational structure with the mandate of providing day-to-day security services to all member organizations of client, globally. The purpose of the role is to ensure that all informational assets of the clients are protected against security threats in accordance with National level infrastructure policies and regulatory requirements.
• Financial and P&L ownership experience to understand project and practice profitability and costs, deep client P&L knowledge including command of renewal and account expansion processes.
• 8+ years of experience in information/cyber security
• 5+ years of management experience
• Knowledge of Project Management (PMI) process/disciplines
• Knowledge or training in security appliances, software, networks, hardware, etc.
• Understanding of frameworks and standards, such as SANS Institute Critical Security Controls, ISO/IEC 27001/2, COBIT 5, NIST and Risk Management Frameworks
• Understanding of information and cyber security principles such as encryption ports, protocols & services, policies, procedures, physical security, risk management, configuration management, ethics, access control, security architecture, continuity of operations, contingency planning, application security, etc.

Your Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, security or a related discipline. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• CISSP, CISA, or CISM preferred
