Work in a 24x7x365 VIP NOC environment.
Apply basic Network, systems & service knowledge related to Fixed, Mobile & VSAT services in troubleshooting customer problems.
Proactive monitoring of all VIP customer network infrastructure for Fixed, Mobile & VSAT services to enable NOC to comply with the customer SLA’s. Monitoring of VIP customer networks for Fixed, Mobile & VSAT services.
Also, managing of customer complaints for Fixed, Mobile & VSAT services on respective systems to ensure timely completion within specified SLA.
Ensure follow-up on all escalated fault tickets to ensure timely response to VIP customer.
Response to emails, tickets and calls, completing service requests and resolving issues & maintaining VIP NOC Information Management (Includes maintaining knowledge base and procedural documentation).
