Job Details:
- Qualified candidates with min. 10 years experience in similar role with Aluminum Extrusion Companies in UAE/GCC.
- Candidate must have a strong background in production engineering with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Responsible for production in coordination with commercial team and ensure proper customer order processing by production. Good interaction with Finance and HR for budget, cost control, manpower management, training and development.
- Production planning and setting the targets for subordinate departments for continuous development of production processes and continuous improvement.
- Ensure proper training and development program implementation for Operation departments.
