Core functions
As Junior Sous Chef, you will be responsible for leading your subordinates in all aspects of food production to the highest professional standards and in accordance with the standard operating procedures as issued by the Executive Chef.
Responsibilities :
Estimates and communicates daily production needs.
Creative and innovative running of the Outlet to which is assigned in accordance to the guidelines given by the Executive Chef.
Trains employees in the performance of their day-to-day tasks.
Demonstrates proper and safe usage of all kitchen equipment.
Requirements:
Preferably has working experience in a 5* hotel
Holder of a basic Food Preparation Certificate
Holder of a basic Health & Hygiene Certificate
Previous experience in Arabic cuisine
Willing to work shifts
Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
Candidate must be locally available (UAE)
