Job Purpose:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the planning, execution and optimization of company’s online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, graphic oriented and passionate about all aspects of marketing and technology.
Job Responsibilities:
– Digital Marketing Specialist must present creative ideas for content marketing
– Design graphics usingAdobe Creative Cloud software applications, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
– Create, develop, and execute professional digital marketing materials.
–Create original graphics, infographics, and designs according to brand guidelines.
– Create and monitoremail marketing campaigns; ensuring design and layouts of emails are optimized, user and mobile-friendly.
– Manage and maintain the organization’s website(s).
– Analyze website’s key performance metrics and competitive trending.
– Plan, implement, manage, monitor and upgrade the organization’s website.
– Respond to and troubleshoot all website issues.
– Track, report, and analyzewebsite analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns.
– Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization
– Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
–Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating contentfor company websites, blogs, marketing materials, and similar platforms.
–Using social media to engage consumers, respond to questions or complaints, and to promote company initiatives.
Job Requirements:
– Tech-savvy young & dynamic individuals with1-3 years of digital marketing experience.
– Bachelor’s degree inIT / Marketingfrom one of the recognized universities in UAE preferred.
–Content Creation Expert –Experience creating strong, engaging content.
– Very strong understanding ofwebsites, apps, digital content, and SEO is mandatory.
– Excellent knowledge & experience ingrowing marketing strategies for start-up businessespreferred.
– Strong experience in maintaining & managing company websites and social media platforms.
– Experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
– Able to manage multiple projects, workload and priorities.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
– In-depth experience with website analytics tools.
– Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
–SEO Expert– Up-to-date with the latest trends andbest practices in SEO and SEM.
–Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
