Job Purpose:
The Sales Coordinator (Native Arab) is responsible for providing the necessary support to the sales team and be the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules, providing feedback, documentation and information. It is the sales coordinators responsibility to help customers and increase sales this is achieved by displaying excellent customer service, responsive and highly organized. The primary function of a Sales Coordinator is to collaborate with the sales team and other departments thereby ensuring smooth integration of sales, operations and marketing activities.
Job Responsibilities:
– Coordinate sales team by managing calendars, organizing client’s files and documents, and communicating client information to representatives, management, or other staff as needed.
– Manage all lead sources through – sales calls, walk-ins, live chat, online form, referral, social-media
– Respond to customer inquiries / complaints.
– Work with sales reps to inform clients of delays and problems (as well as to solve these problems).
– Day to day to operations completed via CRM (customer relationship management) software – ZOHO.
– Ensure the Sales Advisors are updated about client information via CRM.
– Create email correspondence to enhance client communication and maintained sales calendar.
– Answer calls for Sales, logged messages and/or transferred calls to the appropriate person in an efficient manner.
– Organize sales team by managing schedules and communicating relevant information.
– Responds to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
– Training third-party vendors on responding to customer queries via live chat.
– Prepare daily, weekly, monthly reports on the targets and the sales advisor’s status on target vs delivery.
– Co-ordinate with the marketing team with regards to events
– Provide update and feedback to the marketing team on the quality of leads received and the channel from where they are received.
– Keep a track of the marketing campaigns and keep a track of the quality of leads received.
Job Requirements:
–2-3 years’ experience in sales coordination–receiving and qualifying sales leads,preferably from company formation and business set-up background.
–Native Arab candidates with excellent communication skills in Englishrequired.
– Bachelor’s Degree in any stream
– Master’s Degree is desirable
– Achieving targets (set realistically but to stretch abilities)
– Working to set standards of performance
– Personal standards (commitment, attitude, appearance, contribution, excellent Client interface at all times and all costs)
– Producing ideas (for the customer and the department)
