Job Purpose:
The Concierge Executive (Banking) is responsible to facilitate the processing of applications (Dependent’s Visa, Medical Test, Emirates ID Registration, Driving License, Driving License Transfer, Maid Sponsorship, MOFA attestation, Arabic translation, UID Merging, POA Drafting, Car Registration, PO Box, VAT Registration, etc.).
Job Responsibilities:
– Proofread Entry Permits, Labor Contracts, Arabic translations, licenses and the like and ensure these documents are properly typed before releasing to the clients.
– Create and manage the database for on-going, on-hold and pending applications / requests.
– Generating and managing incoming sales inquiries from different sources like phone calls, emails, chats, walk-in clients, and referrals.
– Achieving monthly sales targets.
– CRM management for concierge.
– In-dept product knowledge and competition packages.
– Providing monthly report on the number of sales vs number of leads received.
– Coordinating between PRO and different suppliers to facilitate clients’ requirements.
– Analyzing market competition by conducting regular mystery shopping with freezones / competitors.
– Actively involved in delivering excellent sales / customer service to the client from sign up until closure.
– Maintaining high conversion rates.
– Assisting clients from initial inquiry, requirements to process services and visa related fees.
– Providing straight forward, transparent and accurate information related to the requirements of the client.
– Preparing reports as required and/or requested by the line manager.
Job Requirements:
–2-3 years of strong experience in banking industry in UAE – supporting with entire account opening process & document verification.
– Bachelor’s Degree in any stream.
– Demonstrated ability to convert prospects, close deals, and achieve sales quotas.
– Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
– Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills.
– Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
– Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
– Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
– Excellent communication skills in English.
