Job Description
- Charterhouse is working with one of the Middle East leading events who are looking to hire an F&B Manager to join their team. You main responsibilities will be to oversee the setup of an array of F&B outlets at varying dining levels, everything from takeaway and café concept through to full service casual and upscale dining. Once setup is complete you will then oversee all day to day operations.
- You will be focused on balancing both the commercial and operational success of all outlets. Requirements The successful candidate must have experience within large scale event and F&B operations. Having opened and operated a full portfolio of outlets across an array of levels. You must be very motivated and self-driven, someone who excels and takes things to the next level and lead their team to do the same. The successful candidate is someone who thrives in a busy environment. Preference will be given to candidates currently in the Middle East. About the Company
