Job Description
•Retrieve documents from archive physically
•Maintain tracker for all documents retrieved from the archive
•Prepare job jackets
•Index and archive the files
•Proactively stepping up to identify any errors in documents and solutions if any
•Ability and willingness to work on issues on daily basis
•Extensive use of Excel
•Match the records – import vs/ export
•Document upload onto vendor portal
