Job Description
Are you a detailoriented Quantity Surveyor with a background in furniture or interior fitout projects We are partnering with a wellestablished company in Sharjah that is looking for a dedicated professional to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs BOQs and cost estimates.
Manage project budgets pricing and material quantities.
Coordinate with project managers and procurement teams to ensure timely material delivery.
Monitor site progress and update cost tracking sheets.
Assist in preparing and submitting interim and final payment applications.
Prepare cutting lists and ensure materials are optimized for production.
Requirements
3 5 years of experience in the furniture or fitout industry.
Strong experience in preparing cutting lists is highly preferred.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
