Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute project plans to support the change journey within Elite Banking.
- Create and deliver presentations to communicate project progress and outcomes.
- Liaise with key stakeholders including business analytics to ensure alignment and successful project .
- Conduct capacity planning to ensure resources are effectively allocated.
- Manage the overall budget for the Elite Banking department ensuring financial efficiency.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Prepare and present regular reports on project performance and departmental budget.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project implementation and support

Qualifications :
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration Project Management or a related field. MBA or relevant professional certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management within the banking or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Indepth knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to analyse financial data and manage budgets
- High level of integrity and professionalism
