Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute project plans to support the change journey within Elite Banking.
  • Create and deliver presentations to communicate project progress and outcomes.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders including business analytics to ensure alignment and successful project .
  • Conduct capacity planning to ensure resources are effectively allocated.
  • Manage the overall budget for the Elite Banking department ensuring financial efficiency.
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on project performance and departmental budget.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project implementation and support

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities.
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • Clientfocused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Frameworks Boundaries & Decision making Authority:

  • Functions within the framework and boundaries of Group policies as well as overall organizational and governance frameworks.
  • Authorized to take decisions as per the approved authorization matrix.

Qualifications :

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration Project Management or a related field. MBA or relevant professional certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Indepth knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to analyse financial data and manage budgets
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
