Hiring: Sales Consultant Real Estate Company
Location: Business Bay Dubai.
Experience: Must have experience in the UAE
Requirement: Brokerage experience is required
Salary: AED 5000 AED 7000 depending on experience)
Skills & Qualifications:
1.Sales & Negotiation Skills
- Ability to persuade and influence potential buyers & investors
- Expertise in structuring profitable deals for clients
- Skilled in objection handling and closing highticket sales
- Strong upselling & crossselling strategies
2. Communication & Client Management
- Excellent verbal & written communication
- Ability to build and maintain longterm client relationships
- Skilled in conducting presentations property tours & virtual sales meetings
- Strong followup and customer engagement skills
3. Real Estate Market & Legal Knowledge
- Deep understanding of UAE real estate laws & RERA regulations
- Knowledge of offplan and secondary market properties
- Awareness of mortgage financing property registration & legal contracts
- Familiarity with freehold vs. leasehold ownership
4.Lead Generation
- Ability to source qualify & nurture leads effectively
- Proficiency in using digital marketing & social media platforms for sales
5.Multitasking & Time Management
- Ability to handle multiple clients deals & negotiations simultaneously
- Strong problemsolving skills and adaptability to market changes
- Selfmotivated targetdriven and resilient in a competitive market
