Experience

Education or Certification

• 2yeardegreefromanaccrediteduniversityinFoodService ManagementHotelandRestaurantManagementHospitalityBusiness Administrationorrelated major;2yearsexperienceinthefoodandbeverageculinaryorrelatedprofessionalarea.

SPECIFIC DUTIES

• Assistmanagementinestablishingandcommunicatinggoalsperformanceexpectationstimetablesanddeadlinesforshiftordepartmentaloperationstohourlyemployeesandensurethattheyareunderstood.
• Coachanddevelopemployees(e.g.createexpectationsforcontinualimprovementprovidechallengingtasksandassignmentsholddevelopmentdiscussionsandconstructandexecutedevelopmentplans).
• Listentohourlyemployeessuggestionsforimprovinghowworkisdone andhowguestsareservedgainingmanagementsupportasneededtoactuponsuggestions.
• Coordinatetasksandworkwithotherdepartmentstoensurethatthedepartmentrunsefficiently.
• Collaboratewithmanagementtodevelopandcarryoutideasandproceduresandsetgoalstocontinuouslyimprovedepartmentperformancearoundguestandemployeesatisfactionscores.
• Assistmanagementinensuringthatassociatesarecompletingonlinetrainingsassignedtothem.
• Ensurealldailyandmonthlyreportsaredetailedandsubmittedinatimelymatter.
• Ensuremaintenanceofequipmentbycallingforrepairsandtrainingstaffonproperuse.Usingproperstandarratingprocedurestoreportandfixissues.
• ReportguestscommentsorcomplainthroughGXIandensurethatcasewillbeclosedwiththeguest.
• RaisePurchaserequestinatimelymannertoensureoperationalequipmentwillalwaysbeavailable.
• UpdatecheckbookfromtimetotimeensuringthatallitemsonthePOswillbereceivedPOswillbeclosedandamountwillbepostedinP&Lonamonthlybasis.
• Assistmanagementwithscheduling.
• Ensurethatopeningandclosingchecklistsaredoneandcompletedeachday.
• WorkcloselywithmanagementinleadingthemonthlybeverageinventorywithCostControl.
• TrainoutletcashierswithpropercashhandlinginlinewithISRAaudit.
• Maintainproperinventoryworksheetofalloperationalequipment.
