- Provide the highest level of hospitality service to hotel guests.
- Work in the designated station as set by Executive Chef and/or Sous Chef.
- Prepare and cook all food items according to recipes quality standards and presentation specifications.
- Organise the assigned work area efficiently manage ingredients and maintain cleanliness and sanitation.
- Prepare ingredients for cooking including portioning chopping and storing food.
- Produce quality dishes in a timely and efficient manner to meet guest expectations.
- Maintain a clean and organised workstation throughout service.
Qualifications :
- High school education or diploma in culinary is required.
- Basic computer skills and familiar with inventory systems.
- One to Two years of minimum previous experience required in a highvolume kitchen or fullservice hotel.
