Lead and manage a team of 1520 grocery store supervisors across a geographical area.
Supervise performance of instore grocery order fulfillment process pick pack and handover to riders.
Ensure strict adherence to food handling and packing SOPs.
Ensure bestinclass operational metrics order preparation time picker utilization item replacement compliance and item out of stock etc. while ensuring customer experience is not compromised.
Develop store specific processes/workflows where required to ensure efficient store operations.
Handle realtime coordination with customer care and rider teams to ensure orders are dispatched on time and resolve customer complaints if any.
Work closely with 3PLs picker recruitment training and performance management.
Manage rostering of pickers and store supervisors to ensure shift coverage and efficient operations.
Manage performance coach and train store supervisors.
