TASKS
Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Lead sales discussions and pitch Clients products to end business customers according to Clients prospects list focusing on Middle Market and specific verticals
- Support operational onboarding of new customers such as account application forms and other documentation;
- Follow up with onboarded customers to ensure activation and first usage;
- Provide regular status updates to Clients management on progress against KPIs through:
- Progress update meetings;
- Steering committee meetings; and
- Regular reporting on progress status.
- Leverage Mastercard assets and resources when applicable to deliver the support on the abovementioned responsibilities
Knowledge and Experience
- 812 years of relevant sales experience in commercial cards (required);
Ability to articulate the core value proposition (financial operational and governance) of the commercial card payments for the businesses - Understanding of the domestic and crossborder supplier payments management (card and noncard rails) in selected verticals identified by Client (primarily B2B payments in Digital Services (business software and
ads) Education Healthcare MICE Travel Wholesale Media buying) (required); - Strong team player results driven and high level of energy & initiative;
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Arabic is a plus)
