Qualifications :
- 35 years of experience in hotel reservations or related field with previous supervisory experience preferred
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Tourism or related field preferred
- Proficiency in reservation management systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Proven leadership abilities and experience in team management
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Indepth knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices
- Experience with group booking processes and contract negotiations
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Industry certifications such as Certified Hospitality Supervisor are a plus
- Fluency in English required; additional languages are an advantage
