Job Description
Job Opportunity: Budget Analyst Abu Dhabi
Nationality: Open to all
Designation: Budget Analyst
Location: Abu Dhabi
Experience Requirements:
- UAE Nationals: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Other Nationalities: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Budget Monitoring & Reporting Analyze project budget reports track expenditures and ensure financial alignment with project objectives and cost targets.
- Stakeholder Coordination Communicate effectively with project managers assess departmental budget requirements and evaluate the financial impact of change requests.
- Standardization & Documentation Develop standardized budget reporting forms and templates to streamline financial tracking.
- Cost Analysis & Resource Allocation Provide expertise in financial resource distribution budget preparation and decisionmaking regarding budget approvals.
- Expenditure & Compliance Oversight Monitor major project expenditures ensure adherence to financial regulations and conduct variance analysis.
- Financial Data Verification Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data while maintaining compliance with budget policies and objectives.
- Regulatory & Sustainability Compliance Adhere to environmental health and safety policies ensuring responsible financial management.
- Additional Duties Perform other financerelated tasks as assigned by the Head of Financial Planning & Budgeting.
