Job Description
We are looking for a talented Videographer & Photographer to capture highquality visuals that showcase our real estate properties in the most compelling way. If you have a keen eye for detail a passion for storytelling and expertise in creating engaging media content this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Photography & Videography: Capture highquality images and videos of residential and commercial properties ensuring they align with brand aesthetics and marketing goals.
- Editing & PostProduction: Edit and enhance visuals using professional software (Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro Lightroom Photoshop etc.).
- Drone Photography & Videography: Operate drones to capture aerial footage providing a dynamic perspective of properties.
- Virtual Tours & 360 Content: Create immersive visual experiences to engage potential buyers and investors.
- Content Strategy & Social Media: Collaborate with the marketing team to produce video and photo content for websites social media and promotional campaigns.
- Client & Agent Coordination: Work closely with real estate agents clients and stakeholders to ensure shoots meet marketing objectives.
- Equipment Management: Maintain and upgrade photography videography and lighting equipment as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate photography/videography or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing property photography videography and editing skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro After Effects Lightroom Photoshop).
- Experience with drone operation and licensing (preferred).
- Knowledge of lighting staging and composition to enhance property visuals.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects within deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Valid UAE drivers license and willingness to travel to property locations.
