Job Description
Job Title: Junior Partnership Outreach
Location: Dubai UAE
Salary: AED 2000 per month (Base Salary)
Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive Junior Partnership Outreach to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist in identifying building and nurturing strategic partnerships with organizations influencers and stakeholders to drive business growth. You will work on outreach strategies to secure collaborations enhance brand exposure and support longterm partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential partnership opportunities within the industry.
- Reach out to organizations influencers and potential partners to establish meaningful collaborations.
- Draft partnership proposals outreach emails and presentations tailored to different stakeholders.
- Track and manage outreach efforts to ensure followup and effective communication.
- Support the negotiation and closing of partnership agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of partnership goals and deliverables.
- Monitor the performance of partnerships and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Ability to identify and capitalize on partnership opportunities.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with outreach and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot LinkedIn).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in business development partnerships or outreach is a plus.
