Job Description
Were recruiting a Concierge Limousine Taxi Service for one of our clients based in Dubai UAE.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and understand their limousine taxi service rental needs. (e.g. duration budget and special requirements)
- Provide personalized recommendations based on their preferences and requirements
- Explain rental terms insurance options fuel policies and additional services
- Handle bookings modifications and cancellation
- Actively promote the limousine taxi service onsite to attract potential customers
- Organize and manage the limousine taxi queue efficiently
- Assist customers in boarding and exiting limousine taxis
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management
- 12 years of experience in Hospitality or service industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly patient and professional demeanor
