Job Description
Location: AD
Job Type: Fulltime 2year contract
Department: Cost Management
Responsibilities:
- Prepare monitor and manage project budgets and cost estimates.
- Conduct detailed quantity takeoffs and measurements from project drawings and specifications.
- Evaluate and approve contractor and supplier invoices.
- Assist in tendering processes including preparing bills of quantities and pricing.
- Perform cost control and value engineering to ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality.
- Provide cost forecasts and financial reports to stakeholders.
- Manage project variations and ensure contractual compliance for payment processes.
Qualifications :
- A degree in any field (preferably related to construction or engineering).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in infrastructure or construction projects.
- Proficiency in cost estimation and management tools.
- Strong understanding of project contracts and tendering processes.
- Excellent analytical communication and negotiation skills.
