Job Description
Our client is a leading retailer in the region and is looking to hire a Senior HR Executive in Dubai UAE.
Key Responsibilities
This person will enhance the organizations human resources by planning implementing and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies programs and practices and will work closely with senior management to develop policies and procedures. You will enforce management guidelines by preparing updating and recommending human resource policies and procedures. Also drive the performance review program to ensure effectiveness compliance and equity within the team. Develop initiate and maintain effective programs for workforce retention promotion and succession planning.
Youre a good fit if you have
4 years of relevant experience in the Human Resource Domain.
Bachelors Degree in human resources business administration finance or related field.
MBA Degree in Human Resources (preferred).
Positive gogetter attitude.
Attentive listener; understanding empathetic and personable.
