Key Responsibilities
Office Managers essentially ensure the smooth running of an office daytoday basis and may manage a team of administrative or support staff. The person will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness efficiency and safety. The person will be responsible for developing intraoffice communication protocols streamlining administrative procedures inventory control office staff supervision and task delegation.
Energetic professional who doesnt mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Well organized flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.
Youre a good fit if you have
4 years minimum experience Office Administration.
Excellent computer skills including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office.
