As a Tapster you will:
- Lead and mentor the team to ensure they are meeting their targets and providing excellent customer service
- Identify the most promising merchants and prospects that will help you and your team grow a healthy pipeline
- Help new merchants evaluate Tap Payments and handle detailed questions about our product capabilities
- Prepare thorough presentations and proposals for prospective merchants
- Handle the sales process and act as the main point of contact for merchants and partners
- Maintain a solid wellorganized portfolio and nurture key accounts
- Collaborate with other sales teams to share the best business practices key business insights and industry trends
- Use exceptional communication and negotiation skills and techniques to close new merchants
- Carry out other duties as assigned based on the demands of the business and growth of the role
What you will bring to the party:
- 810 years of rolespecific experience in department with industry leading knowledge of your function
- Expert knowledge of the Fintech industry with an indepth understanding of Payments
- Preferred degree but realworld experience is also accepted
- Ability to establish crossfunctional relationships for business value
- Builds trust with clients/merchants/stakeholders
- Fintechdriven and solutionoriented mindset
- Ability to lead subfunctions and projects without supervision
- Encourages collaboration among team members
- Open to constructive feedback and adaptability in solving complex challenges
- Effective communication skills in guiding and leading discussions in English with a preference for Arabic language ability
