We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contract Administrator (Site) to join our team in Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates.
As a Contract Administrator you will play a critical role in managing and administering contracts for our projects in the region. You will be responsible for ensuring that all contractual obligations are met monitoring project progress and costs and resolving any disputes that may arise. You will work closely with our project managers contractors and clients to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and understand project contracts and ensure compliance with all terms and conditions
Prepare and issue contract documents including change orders and amendments
Monitor project progress and costs and provide regular updates to project managers
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to contracts
Act as the main point of contact for all contractrelated matters with project stakeholders
Review and approve invoices and payments from contractors
Resolve any disputes or claims related to contracts in a timely and effective manner
Maintain accurate and uptodate contract records and documentation
Provide support and guidance to project teams on contractrelated matters
Participate in contract negotiations with clients and contractors as needed
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws regulations and company policies
Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering or a related field
15 years of experience in contract administration preferably in the construction or engineering industry
Strong knowledge of contract management principles and practices
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and contract management software
Fluency in English and Arabic both written and spoken.
