Job Description
Were seeking a First Line Sales Manager for our APJMEA team who is passionate about the success of both our clients and Account Executives. This is a leader role developing and executing strategies for complex enterprise deals.
Were looking for a manager who knows how to build trusting relationships and partner with Account Executives to maximize their success.
You will be a part of a cohesive APJMEA leadership team and responsible for all Sales Operations within your territory.
Responsibilities:
You will be significantly growing the APJMEA business by:
- Establishing a strong overall sales strategy in collaboration with the APJMEA leadership team
- Working with Account Executives as a coach on strategy and maximize their success in sales
- Overseeing sales strategy setting goals and quotas generating/reviewing metrics and reports and identifying improvements needed in sales processes
- Energizing and driving the sales organization to be high performers and achieve stretch goals
- Coordinating territory and account planning pipeline reviews and action plans to drive goals and meet/exceed targets
- Hiring and developing a world class sales team to support Copperleafs growth
- Advocating for the success of our clients and prospects in achieving business value from Copperleaf solutions
- Contributing and shaping the company culture
- Completing annual sales incentive and compensation plans
- Helping guide the ongoing evolution of formal sales methodology and related enablement tool kits
- Developing industry and product knowledge within the team
- Working proactively with external Partners and our Marketing/Business Development/Enablement/Success team members to generate more business with and through partners

- Experience with complex product and solution sales
- Managing negotiations for software license agreements and associated SLAs
- Strong sales presentation skills with ability to influence
- Proven experience consistently meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- You have experience managing a high performing sales team including:
- Track record of creating a positive successful sales culture with a focus on team success
- Success in attracting and retaining top sales talent
