Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Systems Administrator to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing configuring and troubleshooting servers networks and IT systems to ensure smooth and secure operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install configure and maintain Windows/Linux servers networks and IT infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware software and network issues.
- Manage user accounts permissions and access controls.
- Perform regular system updates backups and security patches.
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect company data.
- Maintain cloud services virtualization and storage solutions.
- Coordinate with vendors and IT teams for system upgrades and support.
- Document IT processes configurations and troubleshooting steps.
- Provide technical support and training to employees when needed.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- 35 years of experience as a Systems Administrator or in a similar role (UAE experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server Linux Active Directory and network protocols.
- Experience with virtualization (VMware HyperV) cloud services (AWS Azure) and cybersecurity.
- Proficiency in backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple IT projects and work under pressure.
- Relevant IT certifications such as MCSE CCNA CompTIA or AWS (preferred).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
