Job Description
We are looking for a detailoriented and organized Inventory Controller to manage stock levels and ensure efficient inventory operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking inventory preventing stock discrepancies and coordinating with suppliers and warehouse teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Conduct regular stock checks audits and cycle counts.
- Track inventory levels and reorder stock as needed to prevent shortages.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in stock records and actual inventory.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff and procurement teams to ensure smooth inventory operations.
- Maintain records of stock movements receipts and dispatches.
- Generate inventory reports and provide insights for better stock management.
- Implement and improve inventory control procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Assist in forecasting inventory needs based on sales and demand trends.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Logistics Business Administration or a related field.
- 24 years of experience as an Inventory Controller Storekeeper or similar role (UAE experience preferred).
- Proficiency in inventory management software (ERP WMS or SAP).
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in stock monitoring and reporting.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and supply chain principles.
