Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Club Manager / Floor Manager to lead operations at an exclusive nightlife venue in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury party venues VIP guest management and highenergy nightlife operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily club operations ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction
- Manage VIP experiences and build relationships with highprofile clientele
- Drive revenue growth through strategic promotions and guest engagement
- Lead and train a highperforming team to maintain toptier service standards
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with marketing and entertainment teams to create unforgettable experiences
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Dubais luxury nightlife or party scene
- Fluency in French or Italian is a must
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced highenergy environment
- Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
- Passion for delivering worldclass guest experiences
