Job Description
- Create accurate architectural and structural drawings using AutoCAD Revit and other design software ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop and update designs based on feedback.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure design integration and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Review and ensure drawings meet accuracy clarity and industry standards.
- Maintain uptodate drawing records and assist in preparing presentation drawings.
- Attend site visits as needed to ensure design requirements are met and resolve any drawingrelated issues.
- Stay updated on design trends and participate in training to improve skills.
Qualifications :
- Diploma/degree in Architectural Technology Civil Engineering or related field.
- 5 years as a Draughtsman in architectural/structural design ideally in construction/engineering.
- Proficient in AutoCAD Revit and design software; strong knowledge of drawing standards building codes and construction processes.
- Detailoriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Strong problemsolving communication and multitasking skills
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
