Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates. As an Emirati national you will play a crucial role in contributing to the development and implementation of various civil engineering projects across the UAE.
- Design and develop civil engineering plans specifications and technical reports for infrastructure projects
- Perform complex calculations and analysis to ensure structural integrity and compliance with local building codes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects contractors and government officials
- Manage project timelines budgets and resources to ensure successful project completion
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure quality control
- Prepare and present technical reports and recommendations to stakeholders
- Stay updated on industry trends innovative technologies and sustainable engineering practices
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth of the engineering team
- Ensure compliance with UAE building codes regulations and environmental standards
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering required; Masters degree preferred
- Minimum 02 years of experience in civil engineering projects within the UAE
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification is highly desirable
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other relevant structural analysis software
- Strong knowledge of UAE building codes regulations and construction industry standards
- Excellent mathematical and problemsolving skills
- Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
- Familiarity with local environmental regulations and sustainability practices
- Detailoriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
- UAE national (Emirati) status is required for this position
