Sales and Operations Manager
Location:Dubai
Salary: AED 14000 AED 17000 per month plus bonus 22 days annual leave public holidays

About the Role
In this fitness job youll be responsible for managing the sales strategy and ensuring seamless operations. As a Sales and Operations Manager youll execute strategies to achieve revenue targets retain clients and maintain the gyms high standards. This fitness job is ideal for a salesdriven professional who thrives in a clientcentered environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Execution: Implement and manage sales strategies focused on lead generation client acquisition and achieving monthly revenue goals.
- Client Consultations: Conduct consultations to understand client goals and present our services as the best solution.
- Pipeline Management: Oversee lead pipelines ensuring consistent followup and high conversion rates.
- KPI Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and report on KPIs adjusting strategies as needed to maximize performance.
- Retention Efforts: Develop strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations to ensure a clean safe and welcoming environment.
- Client Support: Provide toptier service at every touchpoint from initial sales to ongoing client engagement.
What Were Looking For:
- Sales Expertise: 3 years of experience in a fitness job or sales role ideally in a serviceoriented field with a strong track record of exceeding targets.
- Client Relationship Skills: Skilled in building and nurturing client relationships with a focus on longterm retention.
- Operational Competence: Strong understanding of daytoday gym operations.
- Commercial Awareness: Proficiency with business metrics and datadriven decisions.
- Proactive ProblemSolver: Solutionsdriven with excellent communication skills
