Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Land Surveyor to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a Senior Land Surveyor you will play a crucial role in managing and executing complex surveying projects ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international standards.
- Lead and coordinate surveying teams on various projects including largescale developments and infrastructure initiatives
- Conduct precise land measurements and topographic surveys using advanced surveying equipment and techniques
- Analyze survey data prepare detailed reports and create accurate maps and plans using specialized software
- Ensure compliance with local UAE land laws regulations and international surveying standards
- Collaborate with project managers engineers and other stakeholders to provide expert surveying input
- Oversee quality control processes and implement best practices in surveying methodologies
- Mentor and train junior surveyors fostering their professional development
- Manage project timelines budgets and resources effectively
- Troubleshoot complex surveying issues and develop innovative solutions
- Stay updated on the latest surveying technologies and industry trends
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Surveying Geomatics or a related field
- Professional certification as a Licensed Land Surveyor
- Minimum 10 years of experience in land surveying with a focus on largescale projects and complex terrain
- Advanced proficiency in surveying equipment and software including GPS Total Station AutoCAD and GIS
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex survey data
- Indepth knowledge of local UAE land laws regulations and international surveying standards
- Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to develop innovative solutions
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Willingness and ability to work in hot climate conditions typical of Dubai
