Job Description
Our client is a premier concierge company specializing in providing exclusive personalized services to highnetworth clients worldwide. Our mission is to deliver excellence in every aspect of our operations. To support our growth we are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee and optimize our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily financial operations including budgeting forecasting and cash flow management.
- Prepare analyze and present monthly quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve the companys goals.
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws audits and regulations.
- Monitor and improve internal controls and financial processes.
- Manage vendor payments payroll and financial reconciliations.
- Analyze market trends and provide recommendations to optimize profitability.
- Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with operational activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field; CPA CMA or ACCA certification preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial management preferably in the luxury or travel sector.
- Strong knowledge of UAE financial regulations and tax compliance (e.g. VAT).
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g. QuickBooks SAP or similar tools).
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- High attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
