Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and detailoriented Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our construction site in Dubai. The ideal candidate will manage onsite activities ensure compliance with safety regulations and coordinate with project teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery. This role is critical in maintaining efficient workflows and addressing any issues that arise during construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee construction site operations to ensure project progress aligns with the timeline and plans.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety quality and environmental standards.
- Coordinate with contractors subcontractors and other team members to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
- Review and interpret project plans blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate implementation.
- Inspect work completed by team members and subcontractors for adherence to quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities labor materials and equipment usage.
- Identify potential issues onsite and take proactive steps to mitigate delays or cost overruns.
- Conduct regular site meetings to communicate goals resolve issues and provide updates.
- Ensure all tools materials and equipment are available and in good condition for site activities.
- Prepare and submit reports on progress safety incidents and any challenges encountered.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes materials and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints technical drawings and project plans.
- Excellent organizational and problemsolving skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
