Job Description
The Business Applications Manager at ITP Media Group will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the Zoho Suite with a primary focus on Zoho CRM. This role demands a highly skilled and experienced professional with a proven track record in delivering endtoend solutions using Zoho s range of applications. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in customizing and optimizing Zoho systems for diverse business needs coupled with advanced data management and financial reporting capabilities.
Requirements
1. Zoho Suite Management:
- Zoho CRM Management: Lead the complete implementation of Zoho CRM including customization workflow automation lead management and reporting functionalities.
- Full Zoho Suite Deployment: Oversee the deployment configuration and customization of the Zoho Suite including Zoho Projects Zoho Books Zoho Desk Zoho Campaigns Zoho Inventory and other relevant applications.
- Integration and Automation: Design and implement seamless integrations between Zoho applications and thirdparty tools (via APIs or Zoho Flow) ensuring automation and efficient data flow.
- Custom Solutions: Develop custom functions deluge scripts and workflows to address specific business requirements.
2. Data Management & Financial Reporting:
- Data Migration: Lead data migration efforts from legacy systems into Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications ensuring accuracy consistency and minimal disruption to operations.
- Reporting and Analytics: Build and maintain custom dashboards and reports using Zoho Analytics Power BI and MS Excel to monitor key business and financial metrics supporting datadriven decisionmaking.
- Financial Reporting: Leverage Zoho Books and other Microsoft financial tools to optimize financial reporting processes ensuring compliance and accuracy.
3. Strategy & Consulting:
- Provide strategic advice and best practices for leveraging Zoho products to optimize business processes increase operational efficiency and improve data management.
- Act as a consultant to internal stakeholders translating business needs into scalable technical solutions.
4. Training & Support:
- Conduct training sessions for internal teams enabling them to effectively use the Zoho Suite.
- Provide ongoing support to troubleshoot optimize and scale Zoho systems to meet future business requirements.
5. Ongoing Maintenance:
- Ensure the Zoho ecosystem is secure uptodate and optimized for scalability.
- Monitor system performance and address issues proactively to maintain high standards of reliability.
Key Requirements:
Experience & Technical Expertise:
- Strong expertise in Zoho applications particularly Zoho CRM Zoho Books Zoho Projects Zoho Desk Zoho Creator and Zoho Analytics.
- Proven experience in Zoho customization API integration and automation workflows.
- Deep understanding of business processes across various industries and the ability to implement Zoho products to address complex challenges.
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced analytics tools like Power BI for reporting and data visualization.
Business Acumen:
- Demonstrated ability to align Zoho solutions with organizational objectives to drive efficiency and improve business outcomes.
- Strategic thinker with strong problemsolving skills and a consultative approach to business challenges.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills with experience in using tools like JIRA Zoho Projects and Basecamp.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s or Master s in Computer Applications Information Systems or a related field.
