- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Stay updated on market trends competitor activities and industry best practices.
- Provide support and guidance to team members in negotiations deal structuring and problemsolving.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a successful real estate team leader
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
