Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to drive B2B sales through outdoor activities. The candidate will identify business opportunities build relationships with clients and achieve sales targets by offering tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Identify and generate leads through various channels including cold calling networking and field visits and identify potential clients and industries for business expansion.
- Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable products or services.
- Provide aftersales support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Sales Planning and Execution:
- Achieve and exceed monthly quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals effectively.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities leads and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback to the Sales Manager.
- Market Intelligence:
- Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and customer demands.
- Provide inputs for refining sales strategies and product offerings.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 13 years of experience in outdoor or B2B sales.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver s license and willingness to travel frequently
Salary:
Salary and Incentives amounting 6500/ AED

- Proven track record in outdoor sales (B2B experience preferred).
