Permanent Position: Steel Fixer Company Overview: Al Muhandes HR Consultancy is a leading human resource consultancy firm that specializes in providing recruitment and staffing solutions to various industries. Job Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled Steel Fixer to join our team on a fulltime permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for constructing and installing steel structures reinforcing bars and other metal fixtures on construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment. Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret blueprints drawings and specifications to determine the layout and placement of steel structures and reinforcing bars Measure and cut steel bars to the required length using tools such as shears torches and saws Bend and shape steel bars using hand tools and machines Secure steel bars in concrete forms using wire clips or welds Install steel structures and reinforcing bars according to specifications and safety standards Use levels plumb bobs and laser equipment to ensure accurate placement of steel structures Inspect and repair damaged steel structures as needed Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures on construction sites Collaborate with other construction workers and contractors to ensure project deadlines are met Keep accurate records of materials used and work completed Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Steel Fixer in the construction industry Knowledge of construction processes and safety procedures Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings Proficiency in using hand and power tools Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet project deadlines Good physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions Excellent communication and teamwork skills Valid drivers license and reliable transportation If you are a dedicated and skilled Steel Fixer looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity we encourage you to apply for this position.
