Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales and Operations Executive to manage sales activities and operational coordination for our cleaning services including water tank cleaning AC duct cleaning apartment cleaning and kitchen exhaust cleaning. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads managing client relationships and ensuring smooth operational execution of services.
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and target potential clients such as residential buildings shopping malls office corporates and commercial properties.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with property managers facility management teams and decisionmakers.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the cleaning services industry.
- Prepare and present sales proposals quotations and service agreements to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Follow up with clients for feedback and maintain longterm customer relationships.
Operations & Coordination:
- Serve as the main point of contact between sales and operations teams.
- Coordinate with the cleaning crew technicians and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Monitor daily operations and resolve any servicerelated issues or customer complaints.
- Ensure all cleaning jobs are completed according to company standards and client expectations.
- Manage scheduling work allocation and resource planning for cleaning services.
- Keep track of inventory equipment and materials needed for different cleaning tasks.
Reporting & Compliance:
- Maintain detailed records of sales leads contracts and service operations.
- Provide weekly/monthly sales reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with health safety and hygiene regulations in all cleaning operations.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 23 years in sales and operations preferably in cleaning services facility management or a related field.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with cleaning services for water tanks AC ducts apartments and kitchen exhausts is a plus.
- Sales Skills: Strong negotiation communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Operations Management: Ability to multitask and coordinate multiple projects efficiently.
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Sales or a related field (preferred).
- Driving License: UAE driving license is a plus (if required for client visits).
